Before you start editing take not of all the div tags and tag ends as you don't want to move them, if you need to add move links and content copy and paste with the tags. look at the layout before doing anything and study it.

To edit links...
<a href="Please the link here">write the name of the link in here</a>
It should look like this... <a href="http://graficadesigns.com/" target="_blank">Grafica Designs</a>

To edit nav menu name...
<h1>Write the name in here you want to call you Menu </h1>
It should look like this...
<h1>Site Menu</h1>

To edit content head...
<p class="head">Write the name in here</p>
It should look like this...
<p class="head">Site News</p>

To add content...
<p>Write you content with here</p>
It should look like this...
<p>Hello welcome to my site, blar, blar</p>

To get your content to go onto another line...
<br/> use this to make it move content down one line
<p>Hello welcome to my site,<br/> blar, blar</p>
It should look like this...

Hello welcome to my site,
blar, blar

Please take note on what I said within the div code before writing away and you don't need a <p></p> here

Well here you can write what you want about your site and so on? But make sure you don't go over the height as it will carry on down over the layout.
